Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Brady Daniel, MA, LPC-S. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Art from Concordia University Texas and a Masters of Counseling: Clinical Mental Health from Concordia University Irvine. Megan found her passion to pursue counseling while working at a summer camp in Texas where she experienced relationships and being known in a life changing way. Since then, Megan has been passionate about meeting and connecting with both children and adults in that same relational way.
Megan believes that therapy is a unique and individualized experience for everyone and seeks to have an individualized approach to counseling for each person she meets with. Megan uses various modalities and combinations of counseling approaches such as Emotionally Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, Personal Centered, and Solution Focused. Megan believes that the ability to change is capable for all, and is excited for the opportunity to walk with people as they navigate their next steps and goals. Megan has served in Ministry capacities since childhood but formally since 2017. Megan is currently the director of children’s ministry at her church and in her spare time also enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her family, husband, and golden chow, Happy.
