As the founder and executive director of His Story Coaching & Counseling, Matthew draws on over 30 years of experience in ministry, mental health, and leadership development to help audiences navigate life with clarity, purpose, and faith.

Nadine Bracy, MA, LPC is a former educator making her a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for teaching as she presents on topics of Marriage, Domestic Violence within the Church, Boundaries, Grief Recovery, and Brain Healthy Habits. As a therapist, Nadine works with individuals and couples focusing on trauma healing, attachment issues, faith crises, depression, and anxiety. She is trained in and utilizes research-based therapy approaches such as CPT, EFT, EMDR, and other trauma-informed models

Delaney Phillips, MA, LPC, EMDR-Certified is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem. She received her master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and has practiced in both residential treatment and private practice settings.
Delaney uses a variety of counseling methods, molding therapy to fit her client’s specific needs. She particularly enjoys using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a radically-effective treatment modality that can help anyone who feels “stuck” with their past experiences. Above anything else, she strives to create an environment where you can feel safe and heard.
When she is not counseling, Delaney enjoys being involved in her local church, dancing, being outside, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and pup named Einstein. She would love to work with you!
