Becky Schwartze

Under the supervision of Scott Floyd, PhD, LPC-Supervisor.

“Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.” – Jim Rohn

Becky is honored when someone makes the decision to work with her to change their life.  One on one, she creates a compassionate, collaborative, conversational, and trusting atmosphere.  Her goal is to explore your feelings, treat root issues, and discover your strengths to apply them toward healing and growth.  Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, or simply need help decreasing stress, you do not have to do it alone.  She would love to help you resolve your problems, enhance your life, and lead you toward the peace, joy, and hope that God has planned for you.

    Counseling Approach:

Becky believes the best way to approach recovery is by exploring and treating all aspects of a person:  emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Training (CPT), and Christian based principles where desired.
