Mindful Self Compassion – An 8 Week Group

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 16, 2019
Do you want to learn to embrace yourself and your life, despite your imperfections, helping you thrive?
Numerous studies have shown that individuals who develop mindful self-compassion tend to have greater happiness, life satisfaction, motivation, better relationships, physical health, and less anxiety and depression. Mindful self-compassion also helps you deal with difficult life circumstances, by lowering your stress response and improving your coping.
If you want to decrease shame, increase happiness and increase your coping skills, this group is for you!
$25 per week or $150 for all 8 in advance.
